      I Plugged in the 802 to the computer Selected the playback icon. The computer beeps but nothing happens, open printer program manually still nothing.

     


     I have downloaded PC suit downloads are working fine but when I open the printer program it says no scan tool connected. checked in control panel says cannot find driver.
    Running Windows 8
    Can I download one? if so how.

     Well fixed (worked round it) it by getting notepad with windows 7 works fine.
    Don't suppose with windows 10 out a driver  for windows 8 or a patch, will come out but no problems the unit is working great on all the vehicles I have tried certainly better that any other I have had in the past for the price.
    If I find away round it I will post. T
